Our Leadership

David Feise is the President of Arrive Alive Traffic Control, LLC (AATC), an AWP Safety Company, leveraging over 25 years of leadership experience, including more than two decades dedicated to traffic control. His extensive background spans both subcontracting and contracting within Maintenance of Traffic (MOT), equipping him with the expertise to oversee complex projects on Florida’s busiest highways.

As the current ATSSA Florida Chapter President and an ATSSA Master Instructor, Dave has trained over 450 individuals in traffic control. He has significantly contributed to major FDOT infrastructure projects such as the I-595 Express and the Ultimate I-4 corridor. Under his leadership, crews have executed over 20,000 lane, ramp, and road closures, installed and relocated more than 2 million linear feet of temporary concrete barrier wall, and managed over 400 phase changes and traffic shifts, including some of the most intricate in Florida’s history. Dave is recognized for orchestrating the largest single closure in Broward County and pioneering Florida’s first “Smart Work Zone System.” Since founding AATC in 2018, he has expanded the company from a small team to over 80 employees across three offices in Florida, continually driving innovation in traffic control and safety practices statewide.
