Officer Biographies

David Feise


David Feise brings unparalleled experience and expertise to AATC. Working both as an MOT subcontractor and performing MOT on the contractor’s side, Mr. Feise has 20 years of management experience with 14 years in traffic control. Mr.Feise is a certified FDOT advanced MOT instructor and ATSSA member, and has worked as an ATSSA instructor and corporate training partner, training well over 400 people in traffic control. Mr. Feise has managed the self-performed Traffic Control on the last 2 FDOT mega projects (595 and I-4 Ultimate).
Under his leadership, crews have performed over twenty thousand Lane, road, and ramp closures, installed, relocated, removed, and stockpiled over 2 million Liner feet of temporary concrete barrier walls, and performed successfully over 400 phase changes/traffic shifts. Mr. Feise has managed some of the most complex phase changes/traffic shifts on highly congested urbanized highways. He has performed the largest single closure in Broward County FL history, while working closely with FDOT and other subcontractors.
Mr. Feise works closely with FDOT and their representatives and under his guidance has implemented the state’s first Smart Work Zone system, and has been at the forefront of leading the way in new Traffic Control innovations in Florida.

Andrew Melton

Vice President

Mr. Melton has 10 years of experience in MOT and was Mr. Feise’s Assistant manager for the I4 Ultimate corridor.
Mr. Melton has project management experience with managing and schedule some of Florida’s most complicated phase shifts. Mr. Melton was directly in charge of temporary concrete barrier wall moves and placement, Scheduling Stripers, crash cushion installs and maintenance, employee management and Budgeting. Prior to I4 Ultimate, Mr. Melton was and MOT Superintendent on the I-595 Expansion Project in Ft.Lauderdale FL., $1.3 billon P3 Mega Project with Dragados USA.
Mr. Melton’s Field and management experience will make sure AATC’s staff is managed efficiently and that will prove AATC’s customer service is second to none.
